Customers may contact ArabicNoon to request cancellation of an order as soon as possible after placing it.

Cancellation requests are subject to the order's processing and shipping status. Once an order has been dispatched or fulfilled, cancellation may no longer be possible and the customer may need to follow the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.
